5 – Grammar: Use + NOUN/PRONOUN + INFINITIVE

In the dialogue, the speakers use the construction “use” + NOUN/PRONOUN + INFINITIVE. Look at the following examples:

Notice that no matter what tense the verb “use” is in, it is always followed by a noun/pronoun and an infinitive (“to” + base verb).

Look at the following sentences. Fill in the blanks with “Use” + NOUN/PRONOUN + INFINITIVE (Note: for some answers, multiple verb tenses are possible).
